For Winemakers
Our Winemaker Service option is designed for projects that already have a winemaker who can guide production vision and decision making. This service is meant to support these winemakers with physical production capability executed by our experienced cellar team.
Full Service
Our Full Service Custom Crush option is designed for projects that do not already have their own winemaker. This is a full turnkey production option that allows you to engage our seasoned CWC team to guide your project each step of the way, crush pad to bottle.
à la CARTE
A range of additional à la carte services are available to all clients. These include: bottling and filtration, low impact vineyard development and management services, business and brand consultation, laboratory analysis, bulk and bottled wine storage, and more.
