We could all use a lil’ stress reduction, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, right? Join us for Common Flow Yoga in the CWC tasting room for 45 minutes of meditation and movement!
Our Common Flow Yoga session will be hosted by Noelia Nunez, a certified yoga instructor working right here in the Valley. Be sure to bring your mat and afterwards, stay and chill with a glass of bubbles!
Join us the first Sunday of each month.
The class is paid directly to the instructor on a $10+ sliding scale.
